We do not offer a "printed" catalog. Please use our online catalog for
pictures and pricing. Orders can be placed the following way.

Payment:
We accept PayPal at the time of your order. Shipping
charges will be charged via PayPal when your order is ready to be shipped.
Shipping:
Each order receives our prompt attention.
Shipping times may vary by season; minimum 10 business days -maximum 20 business days (depending on size of handmade order). If the item is in stock it will be shipped sooner than the above times. Shipping
notification will be sent through email (if one has been provided to us) when
order is shipped. We ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority; depending on weight
of order. Shipping charges will be added to order total (SHIPPING IS NOT
INCLUDED IN ITEMS PRICING).
Damage &/or
Shortages:
All damage and shortages must be reported to The
Grungy Cupboard within 4 days of receiving order. All merchandise is carefully
packed and leaves our premises in good condition. Damage claims must be filed by
customer to The Grungy Cupboard, so that we may put in a claim to USPS or UPS.
Please retain cartons and all packaging for their inspection.
Returns
& Guarantees:
The Grungy Cupboard offers 100% satisfaction
guarantee on all of our merchandise. If you should decide to return your order,
we will refund the total amount of your order less the shipping cost.
We
take every step to maintain high quality merchandise, however if you receive a
defective item we will replace that item free of charge or refund your money,
including shipping charges. We do ask that defective items be explained to us;
we will then decide whether we want it sent back.
Please note:
Special Order Items: (i.e. special order quilts, dolls in a specified
color/fabric) are not accepted for return.
